First of all congrats!!! for showing interest in learning something new before starting your job.
You can start with ‘Introduction to Materials Management (5th Edition) J.R. Tony Arnold‘ if you are completely new to SCM.
Don’t worry about oracle. If you understand the standard SCM business then you can be a master in oracle SCM w/o much effort.
There are many books in market for oracle but I never found anything valuable.
Always follow the oracle user guides – they are the best.
